AT Power (Active Technologies Ltd)

Manufacturer of shaftless high performance throttle bodies systems. Used in motorsport and throughout the kit car world, AT Power are the sole supplier of throttles for the Formula Ford series, and can also be found on BTCC cars, WRC rally cars and many other forms of motorsport.

AT Power’s patented shaftless design can allow up to 10% more airflow than a conventional system, whilst retaining the function and benefits of a butterfly throttle. Throttle housings, extensions, ram pipes and internal components are all CNC manufactured from billet materials including 7075 aerospace grade aluminium. Throttle blades, linkages and fuel rails are constructed in stainless steel, and furnace brazed to offer maximum strength, excellent performance and long lasting use. Being manufactured from billet means a range of colours is available and they look great in any race car, or show car.

Our in house design studio means we can design custom systems and offer support from individual teams to OEMs. AT Power can design and supply inlet manifolds, single throttle systems, drive by wire throttles and engine optimisation throughout the automotive industry.
