OJZ Engineering Ltd

OJZ Engineering Ltd

OJZ Engineering was originally established in an attempt to fill a gap in the UK custom component and cnc profile cutting market catering for customers, by the nature of the type of car they drive, cannot purchase standard off-the-shelf parts to put on it. Even if this were to be the case, then the cost of custom pipe bending would almost certainly be prohibitive. This is where we step in, due to our recent heavy investment in automated cnc plamsa cutting equipment and mandrel bending machinery and tooling, we are able to offer our customers high quality, bespoke products at a reasonable cost due to the elimination of any marked-up prices by "the middle man". Our complete range of products & services include but are not limited to: CNC Profile cutting, mandrel bending, header flanges, race headers, plasma cutting, mandrel bends, stainless bends, stainless steel bends, stainless exhaust bends, exhaust fabrication, exhaust installation, exhaust bends, exhaust pipe bends, tube end forming, stainless steel tube supply, rotary draw bending, exhaust components, merge collectors, x-pipes, collector flanges and much more. On site facilities include CAD drawing and design of individual components, mandrel and compression bending on tube sizes up to and including 3", tube-end forming and swaging, and cnc plasma cutting of up to 25mm thick stainless steel. We offer a variety of exhaust and automotive components for almost any application, whether it be performance/race car/bike builders, custom car/bike builders, kit car enthusiasts or industrial sectors alike. With over 25 years of engineering expertise OJZ believe in providing quality `UK` engineered products and services at the right price, and as we do not import cheap components and products from Asia, we are able to offer our customers not only highly competitive prices, precision cnc profile cutting and pipe bending services, but the highest quality products tailored exactly to their needs, when they need it. Whatever your requirements, whether you are in the automotive industry, an enthusiast, retailer or an OEM, OJZ can provide a tailored solution to your requirements. Please feel free to browse our site for products and services, and if you do not see what you are looking for, then please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Practical Performance Car (PPC) is a monthly magazine aimed at real car enthusiasts interested in affordable performance tuning. At PPC we pride ourselves in providing the most entertaining, informative and inspiring features for petrolheads everywhere. Each month we feature an eclectic mix of affordable performance cars, great driving adventures and world-class technical features for the DiY tuner. Our editorial team is headed up by well known Will Holman who has a deserved reputation for 'stick a V8 under the bonnet' attitude to life. His editorial team is stacked with experience including Dave Walker (speciality engine management), of the sadly missed Cars and Car Conversions (CCC) magazine, David Vizard, the legendary engine tuning guru, and Kevin Leaper - ex technical editor of Practical Classics.
